I am very happy to renew my lease for yet another year, as you make Forest Run such a wonderful place to live.  It wouldn’t be the same without you and I am glad for each of you and thankful for all that you do to make living at Forest Run such a pleasure.

I would like to add my words of appreciation to the list of so many excellent features bestowed on the residents of Forest Run.  The maintenance crew are always right there when we need help of any kind.  No matter what we ask them to do, it gets finished perfectly and promptly.  Kudos to them.  And as for Tracy; she is the greatest, kindest, friendliest and super efficient office manager ever, besides being beautiful and warm spirited.  We are all so grateful to the Munz Corporation for its hospitality in giving us free lunches and tent parties, and many other gifts they supply often.

It has been a year since I moved into the apartment.  I was really worried because I had always had my own house.  I was worried about privacy.   You have shown this is our house and you treat it like it is.  I was worried about the neighbors being too noisy, etc.  It has been wonderful.  There are really good people here.  My biggest surprise was in the maintenance area.  I was in the pool every day, rain or shine, hot or cold.  It was open and clean.  Your maintenance director came to my rescue because of my stupidity after I had surgery.  It was after hours and he was so kind.  The pool helped me go from a cane to walking freely.  I am so grateful.  I just wish it was open longer.  Your office staff and management are so caring and compassionate.  Thank you so much.

After living in our own home for forty years, I never dreamed I could feel at home anywhere else.  Living in this Munz property makes me feel right at home.  After almost seven years we couldn’t have made a better decision.  The grounds are maintained beautifully and the staff is very responsive to all my needs.

Hello!  I just wanted to send a letter with our rent check to let you know how happy my boyfriend and I are to live here at Forest Run apartments!  I have had a couple of homes in my life, but I really feel that I’m not missing out on the “house life” because of how beautiful our apartment is.  We have the woods in our back yard and the pool in the front.  Whenever we have friends and family over they comment on how “cozy” our apartment is!  I do let other people know how nice we have it here.  Your management staff does an excellent job as well as the maintenance men.  We hope to stay here at least another year!  The neighbors are real nice also.  We feel very lucky and wanted to let you know this!  Thanks for everything!

Forest Run has been my home for the last few years and has allowed me to successfully make the transition from homeowner to lessee!  What a treat to call when small maintenance issues arise and then to have almost immediate service to resolve my concern.  The environment is quiet, pet friendly and welcoming with a diverse group of residents to enjoy the green space, birds songs, children’s voices and the best Madison has to offer.

I moved to Madison in 2001.  I had a house with a large yard and flower beds and I could no longer keep up so I started to look for apartments.  I called Forest Run and asked them to send me more information.  I moved in April of 2015.  It was perfect.  The staff are friendly and the grounds are very well cared for.  If one needs to call for maintenance problems, they are here on short notice.  Several times a year, tenants are treated to a large catered picnic.  I’m 5 minutes from the Interstate, close to East Towne Mall, grocery stores, drug stores, everything I’ll ever need.  When friends or family visit, they are always impressed!

Having lived in a home for 37 years, we were hoping to find an apartment in Madison that was private, quiet and home-like.  We found one at Forest Run.  The complex is well-managed by Tracy and the staff.  Her demeanor is both professional and welcoming.  She continues to meet our needs as renters and deserves the respect we have for her.  We also commend the Munz staff who care for our needs and always provide timely service.  When friends and relatives visit us, they are amazed at all that Forest Run offers for renters.  We are thankful to have found this complex with its beautiful setting, top notch management, and quality maintenance team.  We call our apartment “home”.

We moved here for the beautiful surroundings, forest path for walking, and nicely maintained property; what a plus to find such a competent, responsive staff.  I truly haven’t had anything but positive experiences and another plus is that the neighbors we’ve come to know here have become real friends.  Yay!
