Pay online. When you click the button for your apartment complex, you will go to PSN, our authorized payment processor. Make sure to register so that payments are only 3 easy steps in the future. You can set up Auto-Pay, print receipts, view electronic payment activity and more.
Download the “PSN Payments” app from Google Play® or the App Store™. Search for your apartment complex name. If you registered online first, use those login credentials.
Call 877-390-7368 to pay. The first time you call, you will setup a payment profile, so that future payments are easy.
A $1.00 convenience fee applies to all electronic payments.
We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
